“Drawing from 38 years of climate and disaster risk experience and insights , Mark Crosweller will explore the intricacies of “the ethical premise of leading through the adversity and loss of disasters”.

Join the ACT Greens and Mark Crosweller for an opportunity to engage with an experienced leader whose values align with ours on the qualities we should be expecting from and developing in our own leaders. Based on research and evidence, we’ll discuss what works and have an opportunity to explore the value of ethical leadership at a time when our communities desperately need it.

Mark will take us on a journey of looking at some of the sociocultural and political drivers that constrain our leaders in times of crisis as well as the drivers that enable leaders and communities to exercise an ethic of compassion in response to the suffering of others, both sentient and non-sentient.

This meeting will be a hybrid meeting with options to attend in-person at ACT Greens Party HQ or online via Zoom.
