Join Jo Clay and the Ginninderra Greens for pizza and politics at the Pot Belly pub, 6pm on the first Thursday each month. Tonight's Q&A is with Dr Sue Wareham, Dr Albert Palazzo and Dr Peter Londey about how we can have peace in a time of war.

Join Jo Clay and the Ginninderra Greens for pizza and politics at the Pot Belly pub, 6pm on the first Thursday each month.

The Green's fourth pillar is peace and non-violence. We want to base local and foreign policy on dialogue, diplomacy and cooperation, not aggression. But how can we do this in these unstable times? This month's Q&A is presented by three of Canberra's experts working in peace and global security.

Dr Sue Wareham OAM has spoken and written widely on peace and disarmament issues. She's the President of the Medical Association for Prevention of War.

Dr Albert Palazzo is an adjunct professor at the University of NSW Canberra. He has published widely on Australian military history and the future character of war.

Dr Peter Londey is a historian, author and ANU lecturer. He has written widely on the history of Australian peacekeeping.

Come along - enjoy a beverage and great company - find out what's happening in the movement - bring your ideas & questions - meet like-minded Belco locals. All green-leaners are welcome, bring your friends, family, kids and carers, there's no need to be a member to come along.

Free pizza and chips provided. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase at the bar.

This will be our last Ginninderra Greens event until February 2025.
