Residents have flagged concerns regarding the proposed state significant development at 53-71 Terrace Road, Dulwich Hill which will include demolition of existing dwellings and construction of a 9-10 storey residential flat building.
The development has identified itself as fitting under the heavily criticised Transport Oritentated Development scheme. As your local councillor I want to hear from you.
