Join the Mayo Greens for a Sunset Hike in Scott Creek followed by a Bonfire Night in Mylor!

Mayo branch catchup in Scott Creek and Mylor

Come and join the Mayo branch for a catch up in the Adelaide Hills.

Given our large electorate, Mayo's social events are a great chance for all of us to come together, get to know each other better and talk about all things Green!

Non-members are welcome, so invite your friends who might be interested in joining our movement.

5:30pm: Meet us at The Almanda Silver Mine Complex - Scott Creek Conservation Park - Dorset Vale Road, Cherry Gardens. https://www.parks.sa.gov.au/parks/scott-creek-conservation-park

Parking: There is a dedicated car park along Dorset Vale Road, Cherry Gardens that provides direct access to the Almanda Mine ruins and walking trails.

Parking is limited, so we do recommend carpooling wherever possible.

We do request that guests arrive promptly, as we will be departing the meeting point immediately after 5:30pm.

We also request that attendees wear good walking shoes and bring a head torch, as the Park has no lighting after dark.

7:00pm: We will be heading to one of our member's property in Mylor for a bonfire. Bring drinks, camping chair, snacks (marshmallows obviously!) and tuck yourself in for a night around the fire.

Please note, that the location of the bonfire is not wheelchair accessible, however, people with mobility issues may be able to view the bonfire from the driveway nearby.

As the bonfire will be held at a private residence, you will be emailed the address upon registration to the event.

Feel free to attend both, or a portion of this event!

If you would like any other information prior to the event, please contact mayo.convenor@sa.greens.org.au
