Queer Greens SA 2026 AGM

Join the Queer Greens SA (QGSA) as we get organised for 2027!

Come along to our upcoming AGM to hear more about the group, help to elect our office bearers and set our direction for the year ahead.

The AGM will commence on Thursday 13th August at 6:30pm, followed by social drinks/dinner at the General Havelock on Hutt Street (from 7:30pm). The General Havelock is a 5 minute walk from the Greens SA office, so will head there as a group for those wanting to stick around.

At the AGM we will be running internal elections for the following office bearing roles:

• Convenor

• Secretary

• Treasurer

Any of these roles can be shared by two people, however any joint role must run as a combined ticket.

We may also appoint the following roles, if there is interest:

• Membership Secretary

• Events Coordinator

• Social Media Officer

NB: You must be a financial member of the Greens SA and identify as LGBTQIA+/queer to nominate for an office bearer position, or if you wish to vote for these roles. However, all Greens members, volunteers and supporters are welcome to attend the AGM.

We hope to see you all there and look forward to discussing our priorities for the coming year!
