A strong branch is built on active, engaged members.
Join this online discussion with branch office bearers from across Queensland to hear an update from The Green Institute and how branches can use their Social Survey to get out into your communities to find out what matters to people. Find out how to boost your branch knowledge and campaign capacity by using the GI Social Survey as a community engagement tool and training strategy for field campaigning and volunteer organising.
There will also be an opportunity for a mid-year check in to share positive stories and top tips you've found most helpful for member and community engagement. What's been your branch's highlight this year, and what are you looking forward to in the next 6 months?
Whether your branch has a well-established process or is just getting started, this session is a chance to exchange ideas and hear what’s working across Queensland. You’ll gain practical insights from other branches, learn about new approaches being trialed, and contribute to building a more connected and dynamic Party at the grassroots level.
Who should attend:
All Queensland branch office bearers involved in membership engagement, or interested in growing and energising their local branch.
Please collaborate and communicate with your fellow branch office bearers before and after this Bex Chex to discuss and consider rolling out engagement and growth tactics discussed.
Let’s come together to support each other, strengthen our local networks, and grow our movement - one engaged member at a time.
