ACT Greens Deputy Leader has been calling for more transparency about when Big Splash will be reopened to the community since it failed to open last year.
This year it will remain closed.
The Greens secured government agreement to keep the land zoned for community and recreational spaces, to take compliance action to keep the waterpark clean and secure and to provide regular updates about what's happening - but news broke recently that the owner is looking to redevelop the site.
