Under ACT law, the ACT Greens are unable to accept donations from property developers, close associates of property developers, or foreign entities. Breaches of these bans can result in significant fines or imprisonment. By making this donation you confirm that you do not fall within the definition of a prohibited donor. More information on what constitutes a prohibited donor in the ACT is available on the Elections ACT website.

The ACT Greens take the integrity of political donations very seriously. We have our own internal policy to ensure that where any donor's cumulative donations to the ACT Greens total $1,000 or more within a twelve-month period their donations are independently reviewed by the ACT Greens Donations Reference Group (DRG). The DRG ensures that donations rejected because of any noncompliance be returned to the donor at the earliest opportunity.
